| 701314 | 2008-08-29 23:45:00 | For months now I have been downloading at4200kbps and uploading at 720 kbps. About a couple of weeks ago my uploads dropped to 320 kbps and remained at about this. Xnet tell me 320 kbps are acceptable. I assured them they are not. They tell me according to them I am downloading at over 5000kbps and uploading at over 800kbps. Before I start raising the roof I would likf to be sure that there is not something I have done that could be responsible for the drop in upload speed. Time of day or night makes no difference, apart from a minor drop in download speed in the evening. I have a Belkin ADSL2 4 port router. Only one computer connected to it. To the best of my knowledge I have changed nothing. |
