464119 2006-06-18 09:18:00 I have a video file that I know is on my iPod because it appears in the iPod's video list. But for some reason, when I click play, it just shows a black screen and eventually goes back to the videos menu! What do I do? Chris815 (10270)

What format is this video file in?

464121 2006-06-18 09:30:00 It was converted from a VOB file (DVD) to H.264 MP4. It should play, because I did the same thing for another video and it worked perfectly. Chris815 (10270)
464122 2006-06-18 09:34:00 And how did u copy it to the ipod? With Itunes?

Or with the new version of the Winamp Ipod plugin, which now supports video for the video ipods?

I put the VOB file into a converter called SUPER and chose to convert it to the iPod compatible format . Once I'd done that, I dragged the MP4 file into iTunes and synched it to the iPod . I know it's on there, but something is stopping it from playing .
