462752 2006-06-13 08:43:00 Google Earth has just released the Google Earth Release 4 - beta (earth.google.com) which now includes a native Linux version. :)

Screenshot - running on KDE (Fedora Core 5) (www.imagef1.net.nz)

You can find the minimum and recommended computer specifications for all operating systems here (earth.google.com).

Have a good read of the license agreement before clicking OK especially the autoupdates and privacy policy on information collected.

462758 2006-06-13 09:54:00 I'm betting 14 months before this loses its BETA tag. imarubberducky (7230)
462759 2006-06-13 19:24:00 Don't care if it's Beta or not. It's amazing. JJJJJ (528)
462760 2006-06-14 06:21:00 The new version seems to be quite jumpy on my computer. Is anyone else experiencing this when moving around (I'm using the Mac version)? maccrazy (6741)
462761 2006-06-14 07:09:00 I managed to locate palmerston north but how do you tell it to locate your house?

Where do you type your address?

When you double click the city it will zoom in but the picture goes blurry..??

How do you use it?
