But of course that won't take off here, "the obese children syndrome" will put pay to that . . . Funny thing is that our kids and us grew up on Coke and still drink it (2 . 25 l a day), but the kids are like beanpoles, and we are not in too bad shape either for middle age people . So go figure, I don't think fizzy drinks are to blame . The secret I think simply lies in a balanced diet, we cook every night, and there is always 3 veges on the plate . The idea is to make it tasty, then the kids eat it . None of this no sugar, no salt, dipped in boiling water for 2 seconds veges here . . . |
