| 464241 | 2006-06-18 18:55:00 | Doctors covering strike get $200 an hour . From today's Herald. If I was a junior doctor I would stay on strike for a year or until I got $200 an hout too. No wonder I can't get a doctor at night or weekends. |

They are expected to work excessive hours, because they are cheap labour. Managers won't get blamed for errors made by overtired doctors. Managers aren't to blame for anything: it's in their employment contracts. |
