| 465723 | 2006-06-24 11:39:00 | If I am a vegeterian then Burger Fuel is the place. Anyway Burger Fuel burger quality is not bad except McDonalds taste better maybe lots of chemicals. BF is quite healthy anyway but cost is too high $8.00 to $9.00 for a vegeterian burger. | MTLance (6768) | ||
| 465724 | 2006-06-24 22:56:00 | OK . . . My :2cents: Jack-In-The-Box's Ultimate Cheesburger . . . . gotta be an all-time great! Best fries too . Wendy's is just OK . . but the meat's too dry and I love the grease content of meat . Carl's and Carl's Junior . . . too expensive, but pretty good . Soggy and slightly damp food is their motto In-N-Out . . . . very good with ultimate choice beef and fresh fresh French Fries cooked in palm oil . Tommy's . . . premium quality, outlandish sizes . . . no after-hunger pangs for hours . McDonald's . . . junk junk junk . . but the kids love it . Maybe they really serve ground clown! (or should) Burger King . . . used to be my fav choice . . . but the quality has slipped and the buns are not what they should be either . Fat Burger . . . . best drive-thru only . . . fast and singed just right! Perfect shakes and malts . Nixon's . . . yes the Richard M . Nixon family had a burger place on Imperial Highway near Disneyland near their home many years ago . . . bought out by Knowlwoods and they say "The Best Burger In The World" and they mean it . . White Castle . . . . . from New York/New Jersey . Great little hamburgers . . . about the size of a silver dollar, but eat a few for the full feeling . Any place that uses shredded lettuce in their sandwich is just poor quality . Any place that uses Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise is cheap and I hate Miracle Whip anyway . White onions are just OK, but Bermuda Reds are the best and sweetest . Chopped onions are really bad, sliced nice and thick and stacked higher than the meat . . . now THAT'S good! BTW: there was a US Federal closure at Mc Donald's years ago . They use NZ beef, and somehow, 'roo meat got put into the mix . A few people got sick, but it wasn't clear if they got sick before or after the kangaroo mix revelation . NZ beef is also used exclusively by The Sizzler, a good place to get a good steak . I like the beef and it is very high quality; not caged; ranged beef is better flavored . As for lamb . . . I ONLY buy NZ lamb . It actually tastes like lamb, not like the corn-fed stuff that most Americans prefer . I would kill for some mutton stew like my mom made too . |

That figures, add an Australian into a buch of kiwis at meal time and of course you're going to get put off your food :p |

| 465727 | 2006-06-25 00:43:00 | It's an American axiom to consume 30 burgers a month..at least that's what Wall Street mongers say anyway. I try to do my best for Wall Street. |

| 465728 | 2006-06-25 00:51:00 | Anyway NZ got limited of Burger Stores maybe they should let more burger franchise from overseas to NZ. It'll be really cool. | MTLance (6768) | ||

NZ has a population of just over four million where as some of your other countries have a much large population and therefore, bigger appetites and pickiness |

| 465731 | 2006-06-25 15:37:00 | 4 Mil? Oh, yes heard of that . Compared to Chinese 1 billion+ but economy is also better than India . Hamburger stands in India would be a flop though and the comparison is grossly unfair: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . India venerates meat . . at least on the hoof anyway . They have altars to Rats, Cows, Beetles (not OUR Beetle), Snakes, Body Lice, Typhus Germs and anything else they consider alive and therefor sacred . I don't think they've thought of a Post Mortem To A Cow: ie, Hamburger Altar . What with 30,000+ gods to worship, they may have a few more spaces to erect an altar or two yet . The just don't go far enough and have a "burnt offering B-B-Q and baptismal font" . Mental Picture: Ronald McDonald, a saffron robe and a tamborine . |

| 465732 | 2006-06-26 00:48:00 | Hamburgers to me is just v casual foods that I consume less than once each 2 month, perhaps less freq than that. I go to McD becos they are cheap and convenient there is BK but thatis more pricey but I feel sick after coming out of that with all that grease. Takeaway burgers I have not tried in in like 10yrs or such. Sometimes I make my own burgers thou, perhaps more healthy with olive oil, some nice cheese, a relish, a nice salad like spinah or meslum etc. Or even the meat fried without oil on a non stick pan. I did the survey online for you. I have not tried any other burger shops. Nor have I tried Wendy's, I thought they only did ice cream here. Never been to BF thou I have walked passed it. When I want a quick meal I usually just walk into a cafe or one of those oriental small restaurants and pick up a meal around $10-15 or the ones at the shopping mall plazas for around $10 (incl drink). I am just not interested in burgers really, if I go its just a cravings that is all, a lot like KFC, I had that once a week or two agao, the prev time before that was like over 6 months ago. |
