Hi Folks. Playing around with Vista's speech recognition. I have sound/mike plugs back and front on the box. I tend to use the headset because it maintains the mike in a regular position near the mouth. However, friend tells me that a USB headset or mike will work "better". Anyone had this experience? Can anyone tell me (or refer me to) how a USB device can work on the sound system? Thanks. |

Nah, if it works, leave it alone. |

Used a couple of Web Cams that are USB with built in Mic's and they worked fine.
I assume software that came with the Cam would be configured to redirect/ allow the mic to work correctly. |
