702917 2008-09-06 04:39:00 hey ive got a ibm thinkpad 365xd that wont read the disk that i burn at home with drivers that i need on it but it reads all of my disks that i haven't made any way i can get it to read my disks? oh it also has not got a floppy drive if someone was going to suggest using that nedkelly (9059)

702923 2008-09-06 13:14:00 Are you using CD-R or CD-RW? I have an IBM 380ED which only reads CD-R.

Some older drives can't do even that, it's factory-made CDs or nothing.
