465848	2006-06-24 22:12:00	There was a supposed finding of another radical cell in the US that was going to blow up the Sears Tower. Hopefully NZ is familiar with the old Simpson - Sears Company? The seven defendants were charged with conspiring to “maliciously damage and destroy by means of an explosive” the FBI building in North Miami Beach and the Sears Tower in Chicago. Of late date just called "Sears", now owned by K-Mart (of Kresge's, Germany), it has raised to unbelievably high interest rates on credit cards in an attempt to staunch the flow of lost sales and the bad name of K-Mart in the US. Here's the MSNBC post: www.msnbc.msn.com I know the article is long, that's why I didn't c/p it here, but I really wonder if these guys were just trying to get back at Sears for ultra-high credit card rates? 465849	2006-06-25 01:26:00	I believe many people in the United States are beginning to realise big business and the rich run the country and the US is no more of a true democracy than so called communist China. With the media seemingly in the governments back pocket you are going to see more and more of these groups trying to command media attention any way they can.	Battleneter (60)

Thoughts are that DC is being wagged by Hollywood . But there's this side too: Terrorism is so hard to contain, that now even street gangs are ramping up their efforts to become full-sized terrorists . They violate laws both humane and civil and they get away with it . It's all upside down . It won't matter much anyway . The total collapse of the US dollar is on the horizon and that's gonna take the world by storm . The US cannot afford to be the welfare passer-outers much longer . Our internal welfare to illegals and tax dodges by the rich and the destruction of the middle class means it's all going to hell in a handbasket anyway . Stay tuned for more info . The recent spike in oil-to-gasoline-to-dealer-to-vehicle cost is just the govt trying to leverage some taxes (which are computed on the price, not the volume of gasoline sold) to try to make a last ditch effort to prop up the federal banks and fuel the total demoralization of the rest of the world by the TriLateral Commission . They're the really big bucks in the world . More costs to the buyer= more taxes to the govt and that means more oppression of the tax paying middle class . Poor people don't pay taxes and they draw welfare; the rich are exempt from taxes (read here: Bill Gates and his "philanthropic" gestures to spend 95% of his wealth) don't either . The only breast left to drain is the one in the middle . Gasoline, derived from oil from the ground and processed to fuel for autos and delivered and sold, still costs just $20/barrel gross . The rest is taxes . Poor people don't have cars or drive, rich people don't mind paying for gasoline/oil by moving money from pocket "A" to pocket "B" . . . which are both theirs anyway . The big gripe is that the Exxon-Mobil people are proud of the recent prices as they say: "We are in the profit-making business; our shareholders will take nothing else, so we comply" . The China/Korea/Russia troika is out to destroy the Euro and the US dollar . Watch and see . BTW: the US is a "Federalist Republic" not a Democracy, and has been since FDR .	SurferJoe46 (51)
465852	2006-06-25 03:34:00	I actually agree with much of what you posted, and that's this is a lot of the reason why the US invaded Iraq to prop up there oil and monetary supplies. However what is terrorism? The CIA have lead operations inside dozens of counties for decades inciting violence, arming and training gorilla groups (aka Terrorists) to overthrow governments they do not like. The CIA is the largest and longest running terrorist organisation in the world responsible for killing millions of innocent people (it would take far to long to detail some of these, although I suspect you already know) The US government openly admit they trained and armed Alcida in the 80's when they were fighting the "evil communists" in Afghanistan, which I still find really funny (ironic). The US helped developed many these "terrorist" tactics to fight governments when a full on assault is not possible. Its all about perspective and which side of the fence you are on to whom is a "terrorist" and whom is a "freedom fighter". THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS INNOCENCE ONLY DEGREES OF GUILT!	Battleneter (60)
