You're not the first to find it elusive, I thought it had vanished once when I was in an internet cafe, and blamed their setup for it... It should be at the top left of your page - between User CP and Threads in Forum. But that's only if you're viewing a page which is a list of threads. Once you open a thread, the entry in that spot says Reply - just as it does below each post. (And it took me a long time to work that out myself) |
