2008-09-05 00:54:00 | I have an Acer Power 1000 mini PC that sometimes randomly displays "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" blue screen error. A little research on the internet indicates a possible RAM issue. I've booted off my memtest CD and been running for a little over 2 1/2 hours now with no issues. Originally, I installed a Canon bubble jet printer on this PC and during the installation of the drivers, the PC displayed this blue screen error. I removed the driver and re-installed with same issue. Tried to install another Canon bubble jet printer but same blue screen error occurred. I'm guessing something within the Canon software has issues with something running on the Acer PC. I have un-installed ALL canon drivers/utilities/software and installed an Epson printer which works fine. Any ideas where the fault could be if it's not the RAM?? Cheers.

2008-09-05 01:10:00 | I'm trying to get it to fault again so I can record those details down. Would the blue screen stop error/driver issue be mentioned in the system event logs somewhere? | GR8Metal (14133) | |

2008-09-05 01:29:00 | What service pack is on it? 2 or 3 if its XP? Have you still got the dmp file it created somewhere?
Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
2008-09-05 01:35:00 | It's XP Pro with SP3. There is a "Save Dump" event in the system event log almost 1 hour after the system error as listed above. Would this be related to this fault after such a long period of time?

2008-09-05 01:49:00 | I've managed to find 2 dump files which would hopefully relate to this issue. Is there an attachment option to email these to you? I have a 1x screen shot of system event log and 2x dump files. | GR8Metal (14133) | |
