| 702539 | 2008-09-04 13:30:00 | Hey, just making this post to query if anyone has been having any really bad issues with latency late at night? Particularly on WoW from about 12am I get frequent disconnections and average about 800ms ping. Anyone else get the same problem? |

At 2.15am this morning my download speed on Xnet's own speedtest site was 1413kpbs and upload 36kpbs! Normally get around 6000kpbs down and 120kpbs up. |

Service has been excellant However a month or so ago my uploads reduced to 320. After a couple of weeks I complained. I was told "according to us you can upload at over 800" Nothing they can do for me! Yet two days later upload speed jumps back over 650. I hate service people who lie. And help desk workers who simply "don't know" |
