SPARC apparently thinks it is more important how well NZ does at the sport than the number of people playing it. With this in mind it becomes obvious how to get funding forever from SPARC. Invent a sport and makes sure no one anywhere else in the world finds out about it. Then based on being the only person who has heard of the sport, apply for funding as the current World Champion. Anyone for a game of underwater ice hockey? |
