North Korea hasn't ANY natural resourses . . . . except ice, snow and childbirth, and even though they may have cornered the market on the first two, you gotta ask: How many sno-cones does the world need anyway? Since China is the provider of food/oil/machinery/weapons (and damned bad at that . . . there are a lot of hungry NK's) it looks like maybe China gave NK some defective technology to appease Mr Jong, and all the while China knew it would not be a viable threat to anyone . . . even against itself (China) should Mr . Little Nutcase decide to bite the hand that (almost) feeds it . NK is just now seeing that it's been duped and hornswaggled by China . . the emperor's naked and NK is broadcasting that now . There may be a different scenerio here too: maybe NK decided to blow the lid off of the effectiveness of China's technology as a way of getting even to China for the rotten treatment of people that are kept in the attic like the family's crazy aunt . :eek:	SurferJoe46 (51)

Firstly, we don't think they're all that scary - given that we know they're starving. Secondly, we know that you're their Evil Empire that would be under attack - if one came. 468999	2006-07-07 05:13:00	Of course you would rather live in the West, we control 80% of the worlds resources and only make up 20% of the worlds population, North Korea is also poor (and gee I wonder who is responsable for all those trade embargoes lol) The West does this by controlling the balance of power (in the name of peace and democracy of course and they will DAM well invade other countries to get it!! lol) Of course the US would have never invaded Iraq to steal Oil (in the name of stopping WOMD) if Sadam had Nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons and missiles in North Korea is a disaster for the US as it upsets the balance of power and threatens there living standards long term. Aren't you overlooking the small matter of South Korea, a thriving industrial powerhouse, just to the south? Wealth in the South, poverty and starvation in the North. Same piece of land, same people, different political systems. Hmmmm. And this is all the fault of the American behemoth and the West. Well I've learned something today.	Winston001 (3612)

It's the same people, same territory . . . BUT ONE IS BEHIND AN IMAGINARY WALL and a few minefields and sharpshooters to keep any Northerners from going South . . . . sounds like a swell vacation spot . Tourists check in, but they don't check out! As the illegitimate small brother of China, NK is just hangin' on until they get their hand on some ICBM's that really work for more than 43 seconds . The last Election in the US was basically fixed because of the issue in California, (Bush really lost every one knows it no one can do anything about it). 2 When was the last US president that didn't come from a rich powerful family?, no really, these family's are in the back pocket of big business often linked to Oil. 3. US politicians keep moving electorate lines to basically ensure results, this is just starting to come into the public eye now. Oh and how many countries has Evil China or Evil North Korea invaded in the last 50 years, wow they must be really evil!	Battleneter (60)
