If I use Disc Wizard (from Acronis) to restore the image of my C Drive (System and Programs drive) will this cause any problems on the D Drive partition or on the separate E Drive. I know that all of C Drive will be overwritten but I havent done a Restore Image before and would like to see what other threaders think. |

No - works well, has saved me from a few major problems! You are right - C Drive is overwritten (if that is what you save, and are restoring again to C Drive), but all else remain as they were. |

If the image is of C drive only then as far as I know that's all it will overwrite, I hope so any way as when I made my image I only did my C drive too. |

Acronis will default to the drive from which the Image came. You can change it to overwrite another drive (partition) if you so wish! Check it all the same:) |
