| 703958 | 2008-09-10 00:36:00 | First time users of PressF1. I've been using Vista for a while now and have no problems with it, apart from two annoying little ones, maybe someone can help with; 1. In XP you can press <window>+L and it takes you to the users list, however in Vista all it does it lock the current user and you need another click to get to the users list. Is there a quicker way of switching users? Is there perhaps some tool where you can use for instance <window>+1 or <window>+2 to immediately switch to a different user? 2. No matter how often I do it, when I adjust a folder view's size, column widths etc, then pick Tools, Folder Options, View, then Apply to Folders, the next time I log on it doesn't remember the settings and reverts back to a smaller window. Any ideas as to why? |

If you don't have it install it |

| 703961 | 2008-09-11 11:36:00 | Pressing ctrl-alt-del then 'switch user' achieves exactly the same result as pressing <window>+L then 'switch user'... So no progress. Maybe somebody should write a utility to fast switch as I suggest. I'd buy it. |
