| 470647 | 2006-07-16 09:02:00 | The idea of checking the bill and date online is not a problem to me at all. I don't need a hard copy for tax or any other purposes. I would have been quite happy to spend the fractional amount of time and net usage and electricity to do this had Telecom been prepared to share in the gains. The snailmail letters I get end up in the fire and that's a waste, and I don't like waste. What really hacks me off is simply that Telecom wants all the gains from this alterniative system for itself. I have not previously joined in the anti-Telecom threads here because I have been happy with their serviice but I feel now insulted. How stupid do they think I am? Some kind of whoopee net-bunny who is so excited by doing things online that I don't realise it costs me? Hullo Mother Theresa, my patience has worn very thin. PS. Monday tomorrow, let's see who else gets a cal....m |
