| 471379 | 2006-07-16 23:25:00 | As BrowserBob just builds on IE, it is hardly likely to run natively on a non-Window OS. I'm not sure how many (risk) takers you will get to install that executable. How about posting up some screenshots of how your browser looks - the different views and options etc? Explain what functions it has to offer as well over IE or the other browsers. :) |

| 471380 | 2006-07-17 00:06:00 | Exemplar Browser 0.1 This is the first release of Exemplar. Exemplar is a browser designed for users new to computing and the internet or for users who want an ultra simplified browser. It is more of a shell of IE6 than an indepedent browsers which makes it more suited to Windows users, however users of Mac and Unix based oses may be able to load it using an emulator. Because it is a first release it is low on functionality and is low on graphics. It should run the IE editions of flash and java. | 471382 | 2006-07-17 05:54:00 | Hmm, they do this sort of thing already for many Libraries Public Web Browser (http://www.teamsoftwaresolutions.com/) , as they want to use a web browser kind of like a kiosk for their catalogues. Delphi also had a tutorial on how to drop in IE as an activeX control to make a browser in about 5 seconds.. |
