705066 2008-09-13 22:21:00 hi there. I have an e-mail that appears at the top of my mail list. The name is 'FROM', it is flagged, has no subject, no size and no date. All my e-mails come under it. When I click on the box to select it everything is selected. This is at the top of all my e-mail folders. I printed out my e-mails and deleted everything, but it comes back with every new e-mail. So far my scans have come up clean. How do I get rid of this? Should I open it? Thanks in advance dditto (14179)

What operating system do you use and which email client?
I would not open it at this time until we find out more.

705068 2008-09-14 08:54:00 I don't know what you mean by operating system. Sorry I'm a bit of a dope when it comes to computers, but my e-mail is yahoo.co.nz dditto (14179)
705069 2008-09-14 08:59:00 I'm guessing that it isn't actually an email, but is the header bar. pine-o-cleen (2955)
705070 2008-09-14 11:30:00 It has the attachment icon and the tick box for selecting. dditto (14179)
705071 2008-09-14 12:15:00 Is this (www.imagef1.net.nz) what you're talking about, it is the title header for the columns underneath it telling you what is what, is perfectly normal.
