704833 2008-09-13 00:34:00 Windows Vista Premium, recently when the computer is idle and I try to start Windows Mail I get the message `Symantec Service Framework Stopped working and was closed A problem caused the application to stop working correctly windows will inform you if a solution is available` there is no solution from windows my email wont work I.E. is ok the (mail works if I restart)Symantec website says type IUALL into run after start, there is no run!! any ideas:badpc:

And install something better

704836 2008-09-13 02:25:00 Thanks for that Iuall not found. Tried system restore in safe mode still no luck said system would not restore I think the suggestion of getting rid of Norton might have some merit.:badpc: alancorner (725)
704837 2008-09-13 03:44:00 Just had a remote session with Norton they removed the programme and reinstalled it all by remote and all is well. They said it needed a full reinstall to get rid of the problem, good service though.:banana alancorner (725)
