| 704762 | 2008-09-12 19:43:00 | It could be legit but at first I thought it was a scam because the link you gave has "acronis.net" and I see that the Acronis site is "acronis.com", see here: www.acronis.com However, if you click on Buy Now (True Image for $49.99, from the main Acronis site found at the top of a Google search), the next page shows a price of $9.99 and the URL (quite long) looks to be the same as from the pizza special promotion page that you gave. Comparing two the 'Secure Checkout" pages (one via the pizza page and the other from the main Acronis site, the two URLs are exactly the same. Anyone else know if this is a legit offer? |

I chose the basic version - download without CD - for $NZ 16-00 & have a confirmation email, but am too busy to continue right now. Does anyone have any experience/advice re this el cheapo offer before I actually download & install? Edit - or even about the programme itself..? I was dead ignorant of it before this arose |
