And what does a replacement battery cost? $15000? It's a lot bigger than a laptop one. Li-Ion seem to be good for 500 or so cycles. So at 250 miles/charge, that starts to look like real money per mile. Then you would have RUC in NZ. Plus tyres, registration, insurance, and all the other "little" things which cost money. Dream on. |
