When Xtra etc went down for over a day Telecom initially didn't want to refund for the downtime, then sent e-mails saying that customers could APPLY for a refund...log onto site, fill out form etc. Seemed a waste of time for a couple of dollars, but wait- Xtra have now sent me an e-mail after I didn't fill out the form last month, telling me that I would now be automaticly credited the equivalent of day's charges. So nice of them... see, if you sit on your butt and do nothing the riches will flow :D Now I just have to decide what to do with my $2.00 |
