Hehe... I know how true can that statement be! A friend of mine turn the output voltage to 12V on the power supply, and guess what happened to the poor resistor connected in the circuit? It briefly showed signs of sparks and then engulfed in flame!

Luckily the authority did not install firealarms in the classroom. Otherwise, the whole school would need to be evacuated!
