| 705274 | 2008-09-15 03:44:00 | Instead of buying a new PC thought would look at how could put some more zap into this 2 ½ year old one by a hardware upgrade. Do quite a lot of video editing (Pinnacle Studio 12 Plus). Any suggestions?! | 705277 | 2008-09-15 08:19:00 | Get a Dual Core or Quad Core processor, they're ridiculously cheap now. Might need to upgrade your mobo though if you dont have something that supports those new processors. | beeswax34 (63) | ||

Might need to upgrade your mobo though if you dont have something that supports those new processors. Any suggestions as to what chip, how much, and where? Would the supplier know if the MB was compatible?! Thanks |
