| 474218 | 2006-07-28 01:54:00 | howcome when i watched CNN or fox news sometimes and they go to the middle east, the satellite video from the middle east is very grainy? It only happens in the middle east. It was a fine funny day so weather wasn't an issue. Is it because a lack of a power satellite in the middle east orbit? And what are these Video phones the reporters use sometimes which produce even grainier video? Are they satellite video phones? |

Most likely they are low re sat phones with a resolution less than that of VCDs |
