| 706013 | 2008-09-17 21:18:00 | I've already posted about my problem in this link - www.pressf1.co.nz and been advised the newly fitted ram is likely to be the cause. However, that still leaves me with the problem of needing more ram. I got the current 2GB lot from Dick Smith (no brand obvious on the packaging, just said DSE 2GB 667mhz dsktop ram. Recommendations please, to avoid the problem of it playing up with my video hardware? I want 2GB if possible on the one card as I only have two slots left. I'm off to Palmerston North in the next 10 minutes or so, so if anyone can get back to me quickly I may be able to get something while I am up there from Advantage Computers or Dick Smith. We only have Dick Smith in Levin. |
