706518 2008-09-22 19:14:00 Why pay for MP3 tracks when downloads with "Lime Wire" are free?

Because of all the Sh%^ that gets downloaded as well the amount of time I have spent cleaning up my sons and his mates lappies that have been infected by Slimepile is unbeleivable and yes they all run decent anti virus + anti malware and firewalls

Funny I have never had any problems. Guess that is because I scan each and every download before I attempt to open/play any file :)

706521 2008-09-23 07:37:00 I have an account on Amazon, signed up for my NZ address... But I've never tried to buy anything  Agent_24 (57)
706522 2008-09-24 01:09:00 Ah, OK. I think buying MP3s from Amazon requires US citizenship so this is probably why you're having trouble there. You can buy MP3s from the NZ music website Amplifier (http://www.amplifier.co.nz) however I'm sure they'd have a very limited catalogue.

You can also download from Digirama (www.digirama.co.nz/), Vodafone (http:) or iTunes (although a lot of the stuff on iTunes will only play on iPods or computers, and some of the stuff on Digirama is in WMA instead of MP3).
