2008-09-24 22:13:00 | 3dmarks06 loves multi-core processors oh? my bad then :waughh: is there an update out for it or soemthing? as we ran 3dmark 06 on a mates machine with a Q6600 and 8800GTX and it thrashed the hell out of core0 but core 1,2 and 3 sat there twiddling their thumbs :annoyed: it has been a while since i last used 3dmark so i will have to update myself on it :)

2008-09-25 01:15:00 | I got a Geekbench score of 2583 (with Firefox and two tabs open and a Google Talk conversation open). | pcuser42 (130) | |
2008-09-25 02:38:00 | It's good enough. Plays all the games I want, mostly at high setting with filters on... I spent so long worrying about my computers power when I bought it that I forgot to play games on it, and just OC'd it as much as I could. I've toned it back to where I'm happy with it, and it still sits dormant 98.75648% of the time. So who cares how big my e-penis is? It's as big as I can afford. Actually about as big as I couldn't really afford, but bought anyway.

A Quad usually about 2000 marks over a Dual core |

2008-09-25 04:12:00 | Athlon 1800+ 1.5gb DDR 80+750GB HDD Geforce 4 Ti4200 128mb biggest parts are HP LP2475w 24" Logitec Z-5500d I reckon I could keep using this computer for at least several years; Civ 4 at 1920x1200 on my comp is still playable (but then again it -is- a turn based game...) :)
