476550 2006-08-09 00:44:00 Ahh I missed that.

In that case hit him in the pocket and see if complaining to Google about it might work :)

476551 2006-08-09 03:31:00 Hmmmm

Infected popups from that site.

I suggest a nuking might be in order more likely.

Can you be more specific, Ex-Westy?

My SSD TeaTimer blocked a registry change by First Home Page, which makes me wonder..?

Shiite Laura, nothing from that site should even get close to tweaking Spybot. What sort of router are you sitting behind (or is it dialup) and, firewall?

476553 2006-08-09 06:24:00 If you want to make trouble for the guy, go to the site, under the google adverts click on Ads By Google, then "Send Google your thoughts on the adverts you just saw, and choose "Webpage showing ads".

These adverts are on a site that gained its content from stealing it from other sites, specifically pressf1.pcworld.co.nz there is another site linked to this, www.citenna.org that seems to have done the same thing. Can you please ban this site from Google?"

If we all do this maybe google will withdraw its adverts. I have done it in the past to a site that stole my content, and it worked. Eventually the entire site shut down, as the adverts were the reason for existing.
