475851 2006-08-04 03:26:00 The top two promises on the pledge card seem to be:

- The economy of Thai Potato Fields in South Auckland &
- The making of Rocky 6 "Winston vs The Journo"

Next they'll be talking about:

- Mad Max 4 - What the Speaker of the house is really drinking & thinking
- The Greens cooking club - How to roast vegetables using positive thinking
- Leaky Homes - The making of Kevin Costners "Waterworld"
You forgot some...
The Sopranos - 'The Don' Brash and his cronies singing about Taito Phillip Field
Lost - The National Party in general
Alias - Taito Phillip Field explaining himself
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Cullen with his promises for the next budget

475852 2006-08-04 03:26:00 I know I could perhaps Google it, But can I instead ask what is restricted from viewing?

MPs cannot be filmed or photographed unless they're addressing the house - so they aren't allowed to film MPs who are dozing, pulling the finger at each other, or film empty seats to show the ones who can't be bothered showing up.

Despite the live stream on TVNZ, these restrictions still apply.

475853 2006-08-04 03:30:00 As a country we have the shame of making lots of B-grade comedy. Adding a live parliamentary broadcasts channel would only further our shame. personthingy (1670)
475854 2006-08-04 06:23:00 parliament let the public come and watch.
