| 706523 | 2008-09-20 19:59:00 | hi i want to reinstall my windows xp but when i set the bios to boot from cd and it starts booting from cd it says : "inspecting hardware configurations..." and then it hangs and stops , i know the problem is not from cd and the hardwares and etc are working properly in my current windows but i don't know why i can't start windows setup with windows boot cd!!! can anybody help me?!:waughh: |

| 706524 | 2008-09-20 22:23:00 | Welcome to PF1 - have you tried cleaning the CD, or are there any scratches on the CD - Sometimes if scratched ( even a tiny one) the CD runs fine from within windows but not actually when booting from it. | wainuitech (129) | ||
