| 706111 | 2008-09-18 09:40:00 | I am having trouble with time billing invoices I want to enter in the activity multi slip serveial jobs that occour for the one custmer and only print them on the 1 invoice but not combined as seperate lines but I dont want to enter them all in the jobs card as they change each hour eg driving and the detail is the to/from address this changes with every hour. | 706115 | 2008-09-18 23:22:00 | I am using MYOB Plus v6 and use Time and Billing extensively. They way I have to have the individual activity slips appear on the invoice is to check the option "Use Activity Slips Notes....." and make sure the "Consolidate ...." option is NOT ticked. You also have to fill in the bill amount for each item you want ot appear on the invoice. Simply clicking each item will prefill in the amount. Double check the amount that is prefilled in. I find sometimes odd figures are used when I have been "tweaking" the amounts. You will find that the generated invoice will have one line per selected item with the Activity slip details used rather than the Activity Type description. Good luck. |
