| 706054 | 2008-09-18 03:16:00 | Hi, I have an acer aspire comp; model t135, and havv windows xp sp2. I recently bought a canon digital camera and loaded the software that came with it. Zoombrowser ex was running fine until recently it refused to open. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled, now when it opens , the computer screen goes completely black, and the the zoombrowser opens in a vastly large form, so much so that the desktop icons are huge, and will not all fit onto the screen. I can exit the zoombrowser program but the icons on the desktop still stay large. If i the shut down windows, it seems ok the next time I restart the computer. Any help would be much appreciated, but I must stress that I only understand words of one sylable LOL, I cannot spell either!!! Regards Brian |

| 706055 | 2008-09-18 03:46:00 | I always have trouble with various software,so I use an SD card reader,of the usb kind, then just plug in and deal with pics with Picasa or whatever. This is one I bought off TM for $10 incl transport. i3.photobucket.com |

| 706056 | 2008-09-18 08:58:00 | We have zoom browser at work, its brilliant. :) nothing is jumping out at me about the size prob, but have you tried a system restore? is there any photos actually in the program? if not uninstall it again, clean out by doing a defrag, and try a reboot of puter and start again. make sure you read each install message carefally and you are not accidentally ticking something to make icons, page big. Zoom browser was already being used at work before i started so cannot help thro the install process as not having had to do it. do you have it set to automatically detect and download cameras and photos? i find when i do that it is better to download and then restart ZB and it s all fresh and dadted correctly. not sure if that will help but best of luck. beetle :) |

| 706057 | 2008-09-18 09:47:00 | Sorry can't help, brian, except to say that I like Zoom Browser, which came with my old Canon. It is better than PhotofunStudio which came with my newer and classier Panasonic Lumix. So persevere :) (and try what Beetle and others suggest). Best of luck Misty :2cents: |
