| 707484 | 2008-09-24 07:48:00 | I have an issue with my Telstra/Clear adsl service. Whenever we don't use the Internet for about 30 minutes the connection disconnects. Normally the service is fine with good down and up speeds. But the damn connection fails and it requires a complete reboot of the computer for the service to reconnect. I'm using the free supplied Dynalink RTA1320 external modem on Win XP Pro. After many years of using Xtra and Orcon broadband I never had this kind of issue. I haven't spoke to their helpdesk yet. But I'd like anyone's opinion on Telstra/Clear and if you've experienced this kind of problem. Thx. |
