| 1430784 | 2017-01-19 01:50:00 | Have just started using Google Photos and want to use my Gmail contacts. As they are both Google I thought it would be a piece of cake. However, despite spending several hours on this I have not managed to work it out!?! I cannot even work out how to add a new contact into Google Photos. Despite extensive googling about the problem, cannot find anyone else who has had the same problem. Stumped! | Misty (368) | ||

| 1430788 | 2017-01-19 20:46:00 | Unfortunately that does not meet the problem, lurking. We seem to be at cross-purposes. My problem is to copy the contacts from Gmail to Google Photos. I seem to have confused the issue by my reference to my images starting off as RAW files. By the time they go onto Google Photos they are JPEG after being processed. My aim was to show that they can be biggish files, not like those encountered on a cellphone. I take it that the App used on the cellphone will not be much use on a desktop or laptop, where is where I do virtually all of my photographic processing. How can I copy over my contacts to Google Photos please?? | Misty (368) | ||
| 1430789 | 2017-01-19 22:44:00 | Just tried Photos and all my gmail contacts are available to share to. I didn't add them, they automatically sync'ed with my contacts. No idea why yours didn't, though. |
