Then try changing email smtp setting to either yahoos or xtra's smtp.
Some people fixed this send issue by changing to yahoos smtp .
smtp.mail.yahoo.com port 465

Yes! I could log into the master account (which I never use and was told was inactived because of non use).

What's more there is an email there from Spark saying that they believe the account was compromised. Further, permission was never sought for "bring that email home"

So that may be the root cause. I will ring Telecom.

1431632 2017-02-08 20:46:00 Theres a good possibility that the account has been locked for what ever reason. If you Call Spark, explain and they will be able to see if or why its blocked. They can unlock it, if this is the case instantly. wainuitech (129)
