1429682 2016-12-12 02:50:00 Got a call back from the Chorus tech. Said that there appeared to have been a loose connection out at my place. He fixed the connection and tested it and he seem to see better result than before he conducted the work. Great. Thanked him and advise, what ever happens now will be my problem :)

5 minutes went by, the Chorus tech called again, said he contacted Slingshot but they still couldnt seen the modem. He wanted to go in to the house and do the check, advised unfortunately wont be able to get back until late afternoon, said no problem, just give him a call if I cant get it going and he can arrange another suitable time to drop by.

20 minutes later, the Chorus tech called again, said he called Slingshot again, appears they are now seeing the connection constantly dropping. He later located a fault back at the exchange related to my line, appears it was constantly dropping back the exchange due to faulty hardware. Fixed, appears the results have almost doubled in value (in a good way). Appears Slingshot can now see the modem..

Finger crossed this remain to be true by the time I get back :)
