Anybody have a method that actually works ? Speedy or Wainutech in particular or anybody else have suggestions.. All help or comments appreciated and is there way to force it to reset ? | 1430819 | 2017-01-20 06:04:00 | Why would anyone want to update Vista? If its still working just keep your AV up to date, and keep a backup. | mzee (3324) | ||
| 1430820 | 2017-01-20 06:45:00 | Why would anyone want to update Vista? If its still working just keep your AV up to date, and keep a backup. Vista only has three months to go before the updates stop anyway. May as well keep going until then :) |

| 1430824 | 2017-02-01 18:17:00 | You'll have to do a clean install if you upgrade from 32 to 64 bit. You cant upgrade from 32 to 64 bit You'll have to see if Win7 works on it, There are no drivers for any other OS besides Vista on the HP site Doesnt mean it wont work tho. The other ASUS desktop here, doesnt have Win10 drivers on the ASUS site. But it works fine. Win10 installed the LAN, and audio Only thing is, you cant install 32 bit drivers in 64 bit Windows. So you have to make sure whatever you have, has 64 bit drivers. Otherwise it wont work It may pay (if the BIOS isnt up to date) to update it first. |
