| 708006 | 2008-09-26 06:20:00 | hi, I have someone on the Grownups forum who has a "missing nvcpl.dll" window pops up and they can't play their game thet used to play. I have got them to d/load and run Malwarebytes and it found a few unrelated things. am trying to work out if it a real missing file or a nasty on their computer. Person is not very computer literate and I have tried to get them to answer my questions. Any help appreciated. |

| 708007 | 2008-09-26 06:50:00 | The "real" nvcpl.dll is part of the nVidia graphic's, - the fake one is a virus. Have a read of This here (process.networktechs.com) you can try start/run type in sfc /scannow and see if it will pick up the missing dll or reinstall the graphic drivers. |
