To see what youre talking about If you have another system chuck the hdd in there and scan it for errors as well That 0x24 looks like the system is corrupt or the hdd has bad sectors or something Does it say the name of a file after this stop error? |

| 708031 | 2008-09-29 07:20:00 | to update you... i recently got a new dvd drive but it must of been used cos it had a cd called boot in it, anyways this cd turns out to be very handy. it has heaps of boot fix tools and hard drive diagnostic stuff on it. Doing a thourough scan atm, findin about 1 bad sector per gig (320gig drive) also ive decided the motherboard is stuffed or not far from it so on the look out for a new one, can anyone recommend a good p45? |
