| 708899 | 2008-09-30 20:59:00 | I have Paint Shop Pro X2 which used to behave fine . However about two months ago it would only start once . If you close and then later reopen the program nothing happens . Nothing as in zilch, nada etc! Its as if I hadn't even clicked 'open' or the icon . If I reboot it starts again just fine, but if I exit then it refuses to start until the next reboot . I've Googled until I'm blue in the face . I've had frequent emails back and forth with Corel support people . On their suggestions I have uninstalled, installed, uninstalled, run cleanup programs, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled etc until I'm even bluer in the face! The last suggestion was that I email them my full system info . That was two weeks ago and nothing . its disappeared into the Corel black hole! I'm running XP SP3 and Nortons 360 . Heaps of RAM & HD Could it be a mysterious Nortons or Windows conflict? Any help greatly appreciated |

| 708902 | 2008-10-01 06:22:00 | PSP 9 was the last decent one made, before Coral took over. I had version 10 but went back to 9. | mzee (3324) | ||
| 708903 | 2008-10-01 07:39:00 | Thanks Speedy. Yes it is a fully activated version. I've activated it about 10 times now with each reinstall. Why do they make the activation keys so long! I've tried turning off Norton 360 and it didn't make any difference. Any other suggestions apart from going back to my trusty PSP 7 |
