709032 2008-10-01 06:18:00 I am pretty sure I did (I checked quite a few times), I will try again though just in case! Lani (14224)
709033 2008-10-01 06:19:00 Lol, I don't really want it anymore. I just want to keep the emails :D

I have downloaded the "incrediconverter"

709034 2008-10-01 06:25:00 I definitely was doing it right earlier. I keep being rejected by incoming mail server "pop3@xtra.co.nz" When I had it at the settings I wrote in post#1 it doesn't reject me instead the server doesn't respond. Lani (14224)
709035 2008-10-01 06:37:00 Any more ideas??

Please?

I promise to be rid of incredimail within the next 48 hours....... :D

Port for incoming should be 110 with secure incoming disabled.

Is this for the when I have the settings as I outlined in my first post

You said you had incoming at 995 in your first post, this is only for incoming secure SSL setting.

The Xtra site said to untick secure incoming and use port 110

709039 2008-11-25 01:17:00 Update:

Telecom have changed the location of their support page, as they tend to do every other day.

Heres the updated URL for the incredimail settings (includes a walkthrough).

telecom.custhelp.com 3Jvd19jbnQ9MSZwX3Byb2RzPTIwMiZwX2NhdHM9JnBfcHY9MS4 yMDImcF9jdj0mcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1pbmNyZ WRpbWFpbA**&p_li=&p_topview=1&p_prods=202

I have used these settings today and they work a charm.

Incoming mail server: pop3.xtra.co.nz, Port 110, no SSL

Outgoing mail server: send.xtra.co.nz, Port 587, no SSL, with authentication.
