708855 2008-09-30 12:07:00 I am a media specialist and every teacher in my district was given brand new HP laptop last week. So far so good. However, one of my teachers is now getting this error message on her computer and I'm not sure what it is referring to. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is the error message:

"Data Execution Prevention-Microsoft Windows"
"To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program.
Name: CTF Loader"

She keeps clicking on close message, then don't send, but it keeps popping up.

Any advice??

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

Jessica

708857 2008-09-30 18:42:00 you dont say what os.

if xp try a safe boot choose "last known good configuration". This may also work with Vista also not sure though.
If Vista have you tried a vista repair off the cd.

Or recover data and reimage or reinstall - last resort I would contact service agent or invo before doing this.

Have you put that error message into google, chance are some else has struck this and maybe solved it
