Maybe its so you only pay local data charges for the content instead of international I would say it's for localised content not a local server, eg. filtering content for NZ'ers. The servers are most likely still in overseas data centers. |

| 708770 | 2008-10-01 11:15:00 | All it is is they've changed it a few days ago so that it looks at your ip address (google does the same), sees it's located in NZ, and so redirects you to the NZ site. Of course, if you do for whatever reason prefer the global/US site this could be a bit annoying, as you'll have to specificall click the 'worldwide' link now. | Kindel (6640) | ||
