| 708634 | 2008-09-29 08:08:00 | I'm on the Slingshot Max plan, but am finding that while I can browse web pages at nearly full speed, if I try and download any file with an MP3 or RAR extension, that they're being throttled down to about 1KB/s. Is anyone else having this issue? Here's an example file I am currently trying : dnbmix.ru Any feedback appreciated. |
