480219	2006-08-23 08:11:00	Hi there, I am doing a speech on the recent health cuts, the 5000+ patients removed from the waiting list. I want to address the reasons why this has happened, and how the government is spending other money that could be used to remedy this problem. I am trying to find monetary figures and reasons behind this problem, but this is proving difficult, if anyone knows anything about this, or anything relating to this, could you please tell me?
