No Numlock, this is a laptop & the Numeric mode is turned off.

My laptop - you hit numlock and it changes the U I O J K L M keys to the numeric keys 4 5 6 1 2 3 0

Makes spelling kind of "fun" if you don't know whats happened :lol:

I've had a laptop with the num lock turned on at the logon screen somehow, it took me far too long to figure out why the password wasn't right.

Was on the phone to the customer at the time making sure the password they gave was right - very embarrassing! :p

"So you're sure it's spelled p-a-s-s...oh, cr*p. Sorry about that!" :blush:

Come to think of it, it was on a Friday too.
