Good point, but imo it’s still a Good thing( I have quite a few people on my MSN list doing it), I have seen worse things thing to remember people by.

Jen, Your welcome to remove my/JamesKan posts, if you think it is a spam/chain letter type thing :)

482524 2006-09-04 11:06:00 I felt very sad when I heard that Steve Irwin had died. For adults, the guy seemed like a 10 year old boy on speed. But for children, and some adults like me, he was just magic.

His enthusiasm and passion for wild creatures has influenced millions of young people. His documentaries introduced city kids and their parents to animals which were little known or feared and showed that every living thing has a beauty and it's place in the world.

I've taken my children to Australia Zoo twice and they loved it each time. I did too. Just watched a Steve Irwin doco a fortnight ago - he was checking out spitting cobras and komodo dragons. I've never seen such good footage of the dragons before.

I know many adults thought he was just too much but the guy was genuine. Really, he was just a big kid. Sometimes we should let go our grown-up cynicism and simply enjoy passion and enthusiasm.

A sad day.
