483441 2006-09-22 03:12:00 Im now on Xnet! WoW it only took 2 days , no downtime at all, once i got the call from xnet , I called up IHUG and told them they can now stop the service. However it will be stoped end of the month so if wanted I could use up more of my cap but xnet is to fast to go back and use up ihug's cap lol VOIP is fantastic now :):) downloading is gr8! I tried out utorrent and damn !! i never got the speeds i got before, i got just over 300KB so fast! not a private tracker just all normal. I am so far very very pleased 3.5/512 20 GiG.

:D :D

I think I have finally found a ISP that actually cares about there customers, after all, if it wasn't for "us" the customer , where would a ISP be? ;)

Just wanted to share with you my experience so far.

Thank you Xnet

483442 2006-09-22 03:21:00 It seems like a lot of people are finding Xnet to be a good ISP. It's turned me into something of an Xnet evangelist.

Xnet as they are now remind me of Ihug when I first signed up for dial-up - fresh, keen to offer a good service, and happy to go the extra mile. Becoming one of the "big players", plus the change of ownership I suspect, has ruined their reputation. I'm always happy to support an underdog, particularly when they make the effort.

To right Lizard, Ihug used to be 1 of the best, but then it became about money and change of ownership and not customers, xnet as i see them , have been able to obviously balance this out, make money and do for the customer the same time. Ihug i feel like most companies these day's have lost it's way. As we all know, it's about give and recieve. xnet is not a 1 way streak as i see it.
